Update

Well, I guess it's about time that I post an update on my splendidly exciting life. HA! Well, Ryan was able to come home for about four days before he headed overseas. He left the states on April 7 for Kuwait and will be leaving for Iraq on Monday. Please keep him (and Jillian) in your prayers.

Addisyn turned 2 on April 10 and I may have some pictures to post soon of her "Dora" birthday party. Rheagan will turn 5 on May 8 and is having a Birthday Tea Party with dress-up and everything. She is so excited! She will also be starting to kindergarten in August. Landon will be 7 on July 10. He is doing great on his baseball team, and he's the only 6 year old on a team playing with 7 and 8 year-olds. I'm sure he'll be playing in the Major League within the next few years!

I love all the flowers and blooming trees this time of year. Everything is so colorful. I'm so glad that the last cold snap we had didn't kill all the dogwoods and other flowers like it did last year. I just need a Saturday when it doesn't rain so I can get some flowers planted in my yard and my planters.

I am also looking forward to our vacation. We are going to Myrtle Beach this year, then on to Savannah and then come back through Atlanta on the way home and catch an Atlanta Braves game. Jeff is so excited because they are playing the Seattle Mariners. Jeff is from Seattle, so he loves those Washington teams. He is very sad to recently hear that the Sonics are leaving Seattle. He grew up watching them play. Well, at least he still has the Mariners and the Seahawks. Vacation can't come soon enough for me. We will also be celebrating our 10th anniversary - boy how time has flown.
