Well, my first weigh-in didn't go as well as I had hoped, but I feel a lot better and this week I started exercising, so hopefully next week the numbers will be better.
Water, water, water!! Keep a bottle with you at all times and drink it and refill it throughout the day. You can add Splenda and lemon or another fruit if you have trouble drinking plain water. I lost 30 pounds in approx 1.5 months just before I found out I was expecting Hayley. I think I was drinking somewhere between 80-100 oz a day. I was also following a nutrition plan that my aunt told me about. You kind of need to like veggies though! :) Anyway, I felt GREAT!
I think you did fine Tammy. I don't think it very healthy to lose more than 3-4 per week...and if you aren't making a life style change...the pounds you lose more quickly are more likely to come back to haunt you!
Keep up the good work, and water really is the key :-)
I hope I am soon motivated to do some more to lose weight...I am sorta over the whole diet thing rigth now :-)
